Snobear Ice Fishing

Comfort on the ice

The Snobear Difference

With more than 20 years of combined experience, our guides know the lakes of Northeast South Dakota and the patterns that lead to productive days on the ice. As longtime residents of the Waubay area, they're passionate about sharing their knowledge while helping guests experience one of the most comfortable and effective ways to ice fish.

Unlike traditional ice fishing, SnoBears allow anglers to stay warm, mobile, and on the fish throughout the day. When conditions change or the bite slows, your guide can quickly relocate to a new area, helping you spend more time fishing and less time waiting.

What to Expect

Our guided SnoBear ice fishing trips target a variety of popular species, including walleye, perch, crappie, and more. Designed specifically for winter fishing, SnoBears allow anglers to stay warm and comfortable while remaining mobile throughout the day, giving your guide the flexibility to move between locations and stay on the fish.

Whether you're a seasoned ice angler or trying it for the first time, we'll handle the details so you can focus on enjoying your time on the ice.
